loads for temperatures between -25 and +25
degrees Celsius.
Our validation process is fully documented using
NIST certified temperature monitoring equipment.
To further improve the authenticy and accuracy of
the service, we offer completely custom
implementations of thermal mapping and data
acquisition in transit.
An unlimited number of NIST certified, laboratory
grade, data acquisition nodes may be placed
anywhere in the cargo hold with time synchronus
data available immediately after unload.
Ultra Low Temperature preservation:
TheCryoGuys’ proprietary technology allows a
large number of -80 Celsius freezers containing
product to be shipped safely under power while in
transit, with numerous fail-safe procedures
ensuring the pharmaceutical product is maintained
at temperature.
NIST certified temperature data acquisition is
available for all ultra low temperature
pharmaceutical shipments allowing for
pharmaceutical companies to fully comply with FDA
temperature data requirements.
To further simplify the transportation process,
product may be shipped in customer freezers or by
freezers provided by TheCryoGuys.
Load Security:
TheCryoGuys perform in-depth background checks
on all personnel.
Driver/technicians are trained to watch for
operational, human and natural security threats to
vehicle and cargo.
Team operation is used for all of TheCryoGuys’
services allowing for expedited delivery times and
minimizing time exposure to threats.
Dual driver "constant security service" ensures that
every pharmaceutical load will be vigilantly guarded
by at least one driver at all times.
